This page describes Instead Plus on Android. The seller of the in-app subscription is Google Ireland Limited / Google Play, not a card form inside the app. The app operator is Petru Trimbitas, PFA, Romania.
1. The product

- What you get: permission to create more than one limit after the install trial. Limits you already created keep working if you do not subscribe.
2. Install trial (not a Play offer)
For 7 days from first app open, you can create as many limits as you want, without paying. That trial is granted by the app. Play does not add a second free week. Installing Instead does not charge your card. Play charges only after you tap Subscribe and complete Google’s payment sheet.
3. Renewal and cancel
After you subscribe once, Google Play renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel in the Play Store: Payments and subscriptions → Instead Plus → Cancel. You keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid. We cannot cancel a Play subscription by email; Play has to do it.
4. EU 14-day withdrawal
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Instead Plus is digital content supplied immediately after purchase through Google Play. If you ask Play to start the subscription at once, you may lose the withdrawal right for that period under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in Romania (OUG 34/2014).
Google Play’s refund and withdrawal tools are the ones that apply to the payment. Use Play’s request a refund flow, or contact petru.trimbitas@gmail.com and we will point you to it. Statutory rights that cannot be waived still apply.
5. How to contact us about a charge
Email petru.trimbitas@gmail.com with the Play order number if you have it. For billing errors, Play support is usually faster because Google collected the payment.
